The ViewEase Seeker App for iOS brings to life an exciting new concept, the first of its kind. If you are relocating to London, and searching for the perfect rental property, you can now view them in real-time from the comfort of your own home or even at the office! Just think how much time, effort and money you can save – even if it is just to reject properties that are obviously not for you.
You will save hours of your time, along with the costs of trains, buses, taxis or even aeroplanes! Some companies even send people to stay in a hotel to view rental property when they relocate! There are huge savings to be made and this will be a much easier way to view multiple properties and make an informed decision.
Here is an example scenario: You are moving to London from another faraway city, let’s imagine you are in Scotland. You have seen a lovely looking rental property in London… it could be snapped up by tomorrow! You could hire a local to go and do the viewing tonight, and they could be so helpful that you put a deposit down and do not miss out on the perfect property! Don’t let your distance hinder you!
And if you still believe that you really need to see the place in person yourself, you can book a second viewing with your agent or landlord and go check it out, but just think of all those wasted trips to horrible properties that you have avoided, those houses that look great in the ads, but in reality they are more like dustbins!

The process to help you save money and time viewing rental properties:
Download the App
Login and create an account. Follow the onscreen instructions
Arrange a viewing the traditional way – perhaps you have seen a rental on a web portal that looks nice. Call the agent and arrange a viewing for a time and date that suits you and them
Return to the ViewEase Seeker App. Enter the property address
The App will locate the property on a map and you will see local people who have registered, pop up on the map
Check the ratings and profiles of the locals around the property and select one
Input the time and date of the viewing and they will accept your request. You have hired a local to do the viewing!
You will have an option to message your hired Viewer. Ask them anything about the neighbourhood. When they arrive at the property you will receive a notification. You can start your real-time livestream!
You can now view the property. You can ask your contact to show you specific areas of the house, get close ups etc. (is there damp on the ceiling? Is the shower working? Etc.)
You can ask the Agent/Landlord questions through the app ‘face-to-face’
You could speak to the current tenant if they are present… Is it a shared house? They could be your future housemates!
Finally, when you are satisfied cancel the livestream and the payment meter will stop. A small payment will be transferred from your wallet to the local person you hired to help you.
You can rate the property and make notes for future reference to help you in your decision making
You can rate the local Viewer whom livestreamed the property to you – this feature ensures they will help you to their best ability. Their rating will help them get future requests (and money)!
That’s it! All done! You could even call the agent and put a deposit down even though you are miles and miles away! Beat the competition! The best properties go quick!
